At Keolis, our core values include a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion at every level of our organization.

We hold our managers accountable to this commitment, which we believe is critical to our ability to provide outstanding transportation services to our clients, customers and the communities we serve.

Keolis is a strong supporter of organizations that promote diversity and inclusion in the transportation industry. Nationally, these organizations include the American Public Transportation Association (APTA), Women’s Transportation Seminar (WTS) and COMTO. We also work closely and support non-profits that directly impact and benefit the local communities we are a part of. Examples of these organizations include Work for Warriors, Chicanos por la Causa, Friends of Transit, and other local organizations across the nation.

In 2014, Keolis received the Rosa Parks Diversity Leadership Award from the WTS Metropolitan Phoenix Chapter for efforts in broadening multi-cultural initiatives and for changing corporate cultures and philosophies.

Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program

Our commitment to diversity does not end with our employees. Keolis’ Disadvantaged Business Enterprise programs provide contracting opportunities to small businesses owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.

Advancing Women in Transportation

Keolis is a proud Advocate Supporter of WTS and their mission of advancing women in transportation.
