Herlick to Provide Legal Counsel as Keolis Continues to Expand North American Operations
ROCKVILLE, MD – June 16, 2014 – Keolis North America has named Susan Herlick as its general counsel. In this role, Herlick will direct Keolis’ legal, compliance and regulatory affairs for the company’s North American operations. She is an accomplished business lawyer with broad experience working in entrepreneurial and highly regulated corporate environments.
Herlick joins Keolis from Orbital Sciences Corporation, where she had served as its general counsel and corporate secretary. Her responsibilities included advising the company’s corporate staff and operating groups on diverse legal matters, with an emphasis on corporate law and business transactions involving commercial and government entities. Earlier in her career, she was a lawyer in the Washington D.C. offices of Hogan Lovells.
She received her law degree with high honors from George Washington University and received her B.A. in economics from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota.
